A few weeks ago I purchased some BFG Commercial T/As for my coach from Discount Tire. They had a sale on them at the time and got 4 mounted and balanced for under $600. Since they only had 2 in stock and my rig was in the shop anyways, I waited until this Saturday to go back to get them installed.
They had me pull the rig inside and took off two of the tires when they came out and told me after checking they still didn't have the 2 tires they ordered. Instead of making me come back they offered to put on Michelins for the same price.
Of course I jumped at the offer. You can't beat getting 4 Michelins, mounted and balanced for under 600 bucks. This is the 2nd time Discount Tire has stepped up and did me right when they really didn't have to. The other time was for some aluminum rims I bought for my car that the clear coat peeled after 13 months (1 year warranty). The rim manufacturer wouldn't do anything for me but DT gave me full credit for them on the new rims of my choice.
I have been going to DT for years for that same reason.

Sounds like much better service than the Belle Tire outlet in Bay City I tried to buy from. After ordering well in advance and being assured they were available a week before I arrived they failed to deliver and had no intention of delivering my trailer tires. Will be sure to look up Discount Tire next time I'm in the market
I too, will not buy tires anywhere else. They have even matched the Sam's club pricing for me. Their service has been excellent. The only downside I have had was the lack of a store when I was relocated to Missouri. Thankfully, the planets aligned and swooped me outta there a year later! Whew!!
Anyway, here in Ohio I was back in business with excellent customer service.. Thumbs up on Discount Tire...
