This is my favorite thread on all the forums. I grew up RVing and got the bug to get my own just a few months ago. I want something 20 feet or under because I'll usually travel solo or as a couple, but that's all I know so far. And I want to start off with a used trailer just in case finding the time to actually get out and go doesn't work out for me. My dad sold rvs for years so thankfully I have him as a resource and a top notch used trailer inspector.

I love all the trailers in this thread- from the snazzy new ones to the painstakingly handbuilt to the lovingly restored classics to the well-cared for used units.

Here's our 2010 CampLite 11RD. It has a heating/cooling system, queen sized bed that is also a dinette, and couch that folds out into a single bed. We just bought it January 2012 and had it on two camping trips so far. It's all aluminum and is supposed to weigh around 1400lbs.

We tow it with a 2003 2WD Tacoma with 2.4L four cylinder engine and 5 speed manual transmission. The red & white pickup was our faithful 1987 Toyota pickup.

Sweet Camplite, Bill, you lucky dog!

I'd actually trade my Trillium for one of those all-aluminum beauties, except I'd have to look for a new husband, too....

When my Wife saw the Camplite, she wanted it as much as I did. Just got back from our 2nd camping trip, and we really like it! We will be taking it to the Blue Ridge Parkway next.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Here's the little one that goes to the woods, on bad roads and dry camps.
Been a good one!

We're camping on the Blue Ridge now! We're at a T@B rally at Raccoon Holler campground near Jefferson NC.

Racoon Holler is about two hours from home. Riding the motorcycle between Asheville & Blowing Rock on the BRP & surrounding roads yesterday.

Always liked the looks of the T&B campers!
