A friend of mine, Randy Grubb, builds amazing vehicles.

This is a link to a few others. This converted GMC motorhome with the "flying bridge" is his latest creation. It's not complete, the steps will get teak treads and glass risers, the porthole windows are not installed, the interior is bare and the outside aluminum will get a chrome like polish. It did create a stir at our yearly 50's car cruise! Bob

Love this guy! Amazing cars...I thought some of his stuff looked familiar!

He built Jay Leno's amazing Tank Car!

Here's some of his other stuff!

Jay Leno's huge car with a Patton tank engine!

Is that flying bridge going to be fully functional? Drivable from both positions?

Randy is an amazing tallent. If he were alive in the 30's, he would be one of those old world caoch builders to whom you would take your Packard or Caddy frame to gety a custom body made. yes the "bridge" is functional, here's a pict with a six year old driving around the cruise route with Randy in the foreground.

LOL! That's great!

4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.
