Billy and Eva; I find ours by looking at places we would like to spend some time and then e-mail the campgrounds in that area. Some you never hear back from but sometimes you get lucky.

workamper.com requres a subscription to see job listings, and to apply for jobs through their website. We currently have a subscription with them, but will probably not renew. Now that we've got a few years of workamping behind us, our experience, plus the plethora of free websites, makes us believe that the subscription is no longer necessary.
As well as the sites above, we use volunteer.gov/gov for non-paying (site-only volunteer) jobs, and this forum, along with the Escapees forum's "working on the road" forums for paying jobs. Aramark has some jobs, as well as Amazon.com (Oct-Dec primarily)
Bluegypsy (that's the RV's name)
Map shows where we've lived and worked, travelling through doesn't count....

Also try Workamping jobshttp: & work-for-rvers. We no longer belong to Workampers News because it became a big money grab and they priced themselves out of the market.

We first choose an area that we would like to visit. Then we check out the campgrounds on RVParkReviews.com. Who wants to work at a party park with lots of noise and rude people? Then we apply directly to the park.
Works for us, YMMV.

We are members of workampers.com. It's about $40 per year. For now, we'll stay with them because we like to see what IS available and what duties are expected of workampers.
Last year, we did what Frank and Renea (above) did. Decided where we wanted to go and contacted them via email and phone. Fabulous experience! This year? We were contacted through workampers.com (our resume is online) and have enjoyed our stay in the area, but will not return to this campground (for a variety of reasons). Next year? We're going back to the original method. Determining where we want to go and contacting the campgrounds. There aren't many jobs on workampers.com right now, either.
We were fortunate enough to have friends who had been workamping for 15 years... They "coached" us initially. Be SURE to get the details from your future "employer". How many hours? Are you and your spouse working the same hours? (Important if you want to see the sites together while you're there.) Who pays for uniforms/cleaning, if applicable... What SPECIFICALLY will you be doing?
Best of luck! We've had good experiences. Hope you do, too!
