Nice location, looks like a good campground. Could take a side trip to Canada. A couple of problems for us: 40' 5th wheel is to big and we need 50 amp service. This sound interesting for a couple with a smaller RV.

Information for people looking to workcamp:
Make sure you know what your jobs will be and what your compensation will be.
If a 1099 is issued for the hours worked and you are charged for the site, it could end up costing you in taxes.
Previous working in NH (2006) we worked about 20/week each for our site and were paid $200/ month cash no 1099.
When we volunteer we have worked as much as 24/7, one week on one week off for NPS. Generally for private parks, we work a max of 20hrs total for site. Most of the time we are paid for ALL hrs worked. We did have to pay for our site in Colorado Springs ($120/month) but we were paid for all hours and had many perks.
Current position, we work 32hrs each for site (FHU 50 amp, cable and WIFI)and are paid $10/hr for every hour worked and get all RV parts over $100 at their cost plus other perks. A 1099 is issued for pay.

Good info Blue.
Our last paid position was 13 hours/week for the site all hours after paid. We had timecards and it was an honor system. Neither Terry nor I had a set schedule, we just kept track of hours.
Our type of arrangement worked for us and our employer because we had developed trust thru the 5 seasons we were there.

Working and living atmosphere is fun, firendly and laid back. WE DO NOT TIE YOU DOWN ALL DAY! Once the bathhouse is clean and any other general duties are finished, you are free to enjoy the rest of the day. Usually half-hour (for one oerson) twice a day or less is needed to clean the bathhouse. Cabins take one hour to clean with one person or half hour to 45 minutes if two poeple clean it.
Can you please equate the above tasks to the number of hours in a week because it is difficult for someone like me to do that since I am not familiar with your campground and what you mean by "any other general duties" which apparently are in addition to cleaning the bathhouses and cabins?

Call or email them. I am sure they are busy folks this time of the season!
