I saved a few thousand on heating this winter. We had fall weather through almost the entire winter. Most predictions of the "worst" winters, hottest summers and most hurricanes dont seem to pan out. We'll get them , just expect them when you least expect them.

Shoot our heating bill was less then $340 all winter. Still have a full pallet and almost one more left. But then again the winter before we only used $550 to heat all winter. But our wood Pellets were a lot cheaper then also.

Prediction: the coldest winter will follow a low in the sunspot cycle coupled with a exceptional volcanic activity in the southern hemisphere.
Those events were not present last winter.

It's unseasonable hot here in Navarre, FL, with lots of strong winds.

We were so hot.....

Janet and I went topless last night but couldn't see the stars...

... we could hear the fire works until the wee hours of the morning.

.... btw... today is our 49th wedding aniversary!

I'm sleepy

Oh! just to clear things up.... topless over the bed (the hatch was wide open) and the fire works were Hurlburt AFB having some sort of night manouvers.... sounds like pop, pop, pop...... very fast and low frequency (sub woofer level)

Well actually, it was the coldest winter in a long time ... in Europe and parts of Alaska ... the Southwest had a just a bit too.
