This will be our 1st trip with the new 5th wheel. Water pump runs but no water comes out. This is the 1st time with the water panel that comes with a 5th wheel, TT seems to be a lot easier to begin with. Have the switches in 1 and 6 for city tank fill. Also tried 2 and 6 for city water. Still no water, tank os 1/3 full. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg

Did you actually put water in the tank? If the answer is yes, then go out, find the water pump and be sure that the valves are in the correct positions. remember that the water heater tank needs to be filled before you see anything out of the faucets.

X2. It takes a while to fill the water heater with the pump. You should be on normal, not city water or city fill.

gman...great opportunity to call Jayco's Customer service (1-800-RVJAYCO) and ask them to talk you thru it. My guess is that the winterization valves are set wrong. You might want to double check they're positions with the Jayco owners manual.
And Congratulations on your new Jayco and welcome to the Jayco Family!

One thing to remember with the water panel is that "Normal" in Jayco-ese means "I have water in the tank and want to run it with the onboard pump".
If you have it set to City Fill, you are bypassing the pump. The panel was confusing to me as well. You get the hang of it after a while.

On my 5th Wheel if the city fill valve is open you are essentiall bypassing the water pump (connects pump discharge to pump suction, pump suction line is also the city tank fill line). Make sure the pump suction valve is open and the city fill valve is closed.

Thanks for all your quick replies. Went out and looked at it again, and found the normal setting. I decided to get the Jayco Manual and do some reading. It was on city fill, and not normal. Also found out by reading how to sanitize the system. Starting to get the hang of it.
Thanks Again,
Greg
