We're currently thinking about 1 month at Tampa South RV Resort and then on down to Rock Creek RV Resort for a month. Has anyone stayed at these Facilities?

you may find a lot of places are already booked most people book a year in advance. good luck sw florida is nice in the winter.
We made the reservation in April at which time I didn't think the reviews were that bad...the ones since sure aren't very impressive.
It may be the only time we stay there but it happens to be where we need to be this year, I hope it's not all that bad but if it is I will surely let everyone know.
I am beginning our 4th winter season at Raintree RV Resort in North Ft Myers this year, and really like the place. The people are what is great and they will treat you like family with lots of activities. It will be within your price range and look at their website at raintreervresort.com. The area is great and close to everything.

We just confirmed reservations at Rock Creek RV Resort, Naples for Jan-Feb. Hope it works out, have any of you stayed here. Also traveling from Atlanta any suggestions for "Gas" stops (easy in-out)other then Flying J which we use whenever available.
Decent enough park. Pretty heavy tree canopy. Close in to Naples. Adjacent to the Naples Airport which I assume you knew by using google or other mapping prgms - but the Naples Airport isn't busy like like Hartsfield
Look at Sun N Fun in Sarasota. We've gone there 4 winters in a row. It has it all, from a variety of sites and a ton of activities. You can not beat the location.
