Nicely put together trip report.

I really miss the Okanagan region wineries (Inniskillin, etc) and climate !

Gorgeous region, and many thanks for all your hard work putting this story together!

Cheers,

Fine trip report and pix, Al.
You have a fine eye for framing the pix.
(There must be a pretty good camera in front of that eye also)
I like the way you go on longer trips than most on here can, and show the results.
Jeanie and I arrived in Reno a few hours ago, and will be here at the Peppermill for a few days.
regards, as always, jefe

Great shots. We own an RV lot right across the lake from the location your swan lake shot was taken. Beautiful part of the valley. Hope you enjoyed your trip.

Sleepy, jmc and kohldad;
The Kayak is made by Advanced Elements in CA. It is inflatible. The kayak itself stores in a large dufflebag, about 50 lbs, which I store in the backseat (the duffel is maybe 20 x 30 inches). I store the rest of the stuff, paddles, lifevests, pump in the Thule. It takes me about 15 mins to setup and 30 mins to put away (longer due to drying and cleaning). It can be put away wet but shuold be dried within a few days. It is very stable and has a tough outside.Advanced Elements Kayak
Here is the link. PM me if you wish more information.

Love the pictures. Let's see more We are planning on a trip back to Vancouver Island next summer. Can't wait to see Tofino and Victoria again and the BC ferry system can't be beat.
