I would sure appreciate any direction someone from this community might be able to give. I need a piece of exterior trim for my 99 Fleetwood Caribou 11M. The trim runs horizontally at the factory filon siding split between the rear overhang and back, if you look at this picture it (the trim piece) would go a few in above the generator door: , they are approximately 4' long on each side of camper. As everyone knows Fleetwood Caribou has not been manufactured since 2002.

I am looking for two 4' lengths of 1 1/2" width approximately 1/8" thick with slight radius-ed on the two edges, face only. Hers a picture with dimensions:

I have tried http://www.westandbarker.com/ they used to make it but know longer. I have also found numerous UK companies that make it but I can not order from them.

Thanks, Todd

Why can you not order from the UK? It might get a bit complicated, but if you truly cannot order, perhaps someone on the forum who lives there could do it for you.

Honestly I assumed it would not work and or be cost prohibitive, anybody here ever order form the UK on a small dollar item?

No, I haven't, but why not contact the place and find out what the shipping would be? You may be right - that would make an odd sized pkg but UPS goes there, too!!!

Are you "wood savvy'? That looks exactly like a "T" molding for a floor...Just cut out the vertical portion of the "T" and glue to your camper.Home depot/Lowe's carry them in the flooring section....good luck.

I needed something similar a while back. Here's a couple of links to outfits with a good selection of body side moldings:

Thanks... A bit more than I was thinking it would cost but I believe it is good fit.

If you know a wood worker that can be made in no time. I believe Lowes sell the material. It was brought out to replace outside window trim.It is some kind of plastic that can be worked with all wood working tools.
