currently have a Sealand 511, which is very nice, but short and would like to replace it with a toilet with a elongated bowl. Only thing I can find it the Therford Aria with a price tag of over $500. Am I missing anything that would work? Preferably at a lower price tag. Don't care if it is China or not, as long as it is a elongated bowl.

Any of the Thetford Aqua Magic Series should be a direct replacement for your Sealand.

Don't know about pricing.....

Don't necessarly need large, but one where the hole is elongated, meaning longer opening than normal. It is a toilet term, both regular and RV, but most RV toilet descriptions seem to leave it out and fail to give out measurements. They measure everything else, but fail to measure that. For some unknown reason, they don't seem to want to tell you how wide or long the hole is, or if it is "elongated"! They should set up a trailer with toilets in it so we can try the blasted things out to see how comfortable they are.

I thought the Aria from Thetford was the only true elongated item. It comes in electric and classic (non-electric) models.
