I'm interested in one and had a question as to whether the water, holding tanks and valves are in heated space. I clicked on the contact us button and its for owners requiring a Vin # Does anyone know the answer ?

Looked at one and all looks good but the tires are too small. should have been on the 22.5's

I found how to email them from thier site but no response in over a week. Same with Tiffin, i sent info request and never heard from them.

They should be the same type design as our 2008 and we just survived 17 degrees in Denver with no problems.

Last Christmas I camped in 8 degree weather. No problems at all. As a tip, I took a drop light with a 75 watt bulb in it and hung it in the utility bay for some extra protection.
It worked like a charm.

Beave X2 on that. If you do not put some source of heat in there, pipes will freeze at not much below 32º. Ask me how I know.

Question for anyone who owns a Seneca or Embark, I just took one for a test drive today; Here is my opinion and what I found. Wood moldings and interior detail very very poor workmanship: loose trim, gaps, multiple nail misses, putty stains. Rear bedroom sliding door was broken in 3 of the new units on dealer’s lot, entry steps had loose treads, daughter fell out of new coach with tread plate and her hitting the ground. I think they need to build a 32’-34’ unit to take advantage of towing capacity. I would like to hear from anyone who owns one if they are happy with unit or have regrets. The 2011 units looked worse than the 2012 units. I am still contemplating this unit I just don’t know if I want to repair all the problems that may arise with ownership.

If you think the Jayco's look bad, go look at a Gulf Stream.
If you want something shorter on the M2 chassis like the Embark, and your willing to pay for the fit and finish, look at the Renegade Explorer or a Dynamax.

I would like to compare Dynamax, But cannot find any units within 400 or more miles, I might have to take a flight out to the factory if they don’t find any dealers to bring in there RV’s to Southern California.
I can’t believe Forrest River is taking a blind eye to California with the Dynamax line, I know the economy is soft, but some of us that are willing to part with serious money will only go so far to look at product.

Why are the bed corners radiused so much? Seems to take away from the KING bed.
