So the Bay area air quailty managment district showed up to my work today check to see if our premits were current, and to check our voc logs,got an A+
As I'm talking to the guy he lets me know things in the bay area are going to be changing for all diesel vehicles in the next coming year and they are going to be working together with LE and other local and federal agencies, on all kinds of stuff, here we go again

Sounds like you and I are in the same profession. I take care of anything "Environmental" related including our NSR permit, PBR's, FAA regulations (yea, I can't figure out the connection either), HAZMAT and so on.

Last time I spoke to our inspector he said motorcycles and hybrids are on the hit list coming soon. Pretty sure we've gone from trying to do a good thing to let's make some more revenue. Guarenteed I will NOT be retiring in Ca.

Not sure anyone could "retire" in Cali unless you are a self made millionaire. However, Maine makes the list (where I live) for one of the least friendly retiree states, too.
