I just purchased a 2012 Forest River Sunseeker 3170DS. The bunks are in the middle of the coach called the Kidz Zone. The top bunk folds up and the lower is like a sofa and flattens to a bed. We love it. However, We have the double bed over the cab, the kitchen table as a bed and the sofa in there as a bed and my bed in the back so no one sleeps on the bunks but it has another tv right in front in the kids zone. All three ares have a separation which is nice.
Good luck we love outs

I have a 1996 Tioga Montara 29Z and it has two sets of bunkbeds in the rear. We have two kids and it is great. Nice when the kids sleep in, we can close off the back half and not bother them. We looked for a while and stumbled across one.
I worked on this when I was looking for such a unit, and there was discussion and archives that were very useful.
In the end, I bought a used four winds 28D
standard fwd rear table that converts to bed + couch + overhead
+ 2 rear bunks + rear table that converts to bed
