I use a mount called LevelMount. You just attach a small bracket to the wall, most of the mount is attached to the TV. I have multiple mounts so that I can move the TV around. I even bolted one to the outside wall of the trailer. Makes for great tailgating.

This is the one I bought a couple of weeks ago. wall mount It comes with 2 mounting brackets, but this one only works for TV's that are 27" or less because of the holes in the back of the TV are wider on larger TVs.

Love the profile pic of your rig. That's me up and towards the left.
I'm currently trying to come up with something to mount in one of the basement compartments. I do have a thin wood wall that I can pretty much mount anything to. But don't think it would work for you.

That looks great. Did something similar on my previous trailer. (not nearly so nice looking)

Can that one lock in place? I'd like a mount like this, but I don't want the TV moving around or popping out of the mount if I hit a bump while driving.

I havent done one but I kinda like the idea of having it recessed inside the pass-through storage area. Then it would not get rained on. Also you could just close the storge bay door when you had to walk away for a few minutes...

You should be able to rig up one of the many wall mounting LCD brackets you see at Walmart. the LCD TV isnt going to weigh very much...

Just my thoughts

it does have a set screw that locks it into the mount and knobs to keep the arm from moving. I installed one of the mounts on the outside for tailgating, but have not installed the other one. I just put the TV flat on the bed when travelling. Depending on what it is screwed into on the inside I would be a little worried about the bouncing.

Take a look at the mounts Monoprice.com sells. I bought and installed a swivel mount in my cargo bay for right around $30. Swings out when we want to watch it, and folds flat to the back wall when were done.
