Hi Group,
Been gone for a month and "oot and aboot" for ten days in Glacier NP and Banff & Jasper NP's.
Saw dozens of Canadream Pleasureway rentals up and down Rt 1 & 93. Have to brush up on my German next time
Looks like a great way for a novice to try out a B and have a great vacation in the Rockies.
And if you are really lucky like we were, you'll suffer through a cold rainy day only to find a winter wonderland on the mountains. Unreal.
We saw three small avalanches during our stay at the Columbia Icefields.
For the record, our favorite places were Two Medicine CG in Glacier NP and the Icefields.
Labor Day weekend is a zoo in Banff and Canmore, so if you cherish your privacy like we do, plan on being way out of town on the weekend.
Thank you Canada!
Jay

I am glad you liked it. We live in Calgary so the Rockies are our playground and the B is the best way to explore considering it can snow any day of the year (as you have experienced). It is just too bad that Parks Canada shuts down many small campgrounds that could be easly used by self-contained units like a B. We just have to drive to larger campgrounds that are not so quiet and spectacular.

Great pictures. I lived in Montana (on top of a mountain), and that sure brings back memories. We went thru the nearest town (HA!), a bar and P.O., last summer, and it hasn't change at all. Oh yeah, I was there in the middle 80"s. Have fun. Gatordude
