This sparked a newbie question - Now I know I can run my dash heat, but is it safe to run the LP furnace while driving? I run the Fridge but the pilot for that is internal. I believe the pilot for the furnace has exposure to outside air via the vent???
Most RV furnaces are direct spark ignitions. i.e. no pilot light. I do run mine while driving. I also use a large inverter and some electric heaters in key locations such as the waste tanks.
DW will not leave before Christmas. We have always had a 5th wheel until this coming year. First night in a motel sometimes if it real cold second night as well. Flush the antifreeze when there is no chance of freezing. Now with the A we will be playing it by ear, we will take some water in jugs for the bathroom.
