Check Auto Zone, they have a set that can be greased and they only cost about $20.00.
They are made by Energy Suspension, and are performance polyurethane sway bar bushings with brackets.
If mine fail again, this is what I will get.

Beware of what a dealer tells you as well. The "authorized" Fleetwood dealer in Ottawa told me that they could not get the bushings for my sway bar (2000 Bounder) and would have to install an entirely new sway bar for $450 dollars plus taxes. I didn't know any better and said go ahead - what choice do I have.
Since then I have also found the bushings for sale for around $50 with no problem and have learned that the bushings are the same from 1999 to the present. Needless to say I now research things better and because of this and a few other problems I will never go back to the "authorized" dealer.

Help me out here. I checked Auto Zone and they don't have a listing for F53s. Can you please provide part #s for both the old and new F53 rear sway bar bushings. I do see universal end link kits from Energy Suspension. I don't see bushings from Energy Suspension that will fit either old or new F53 chassis.
