Bullet, not sure what u mean by "new money". Only money that was recieved was cost of fuel used , and they did offer and I axcepted was the cost of the repair of the belt going south. Had I not promised the coach to them on a sunday, i would of waited till i could locate a belt locally on a week day ,and fixed it myself.

like i said , we didnt do it to make any money, we did it to try and lend a hand to someone less fortunate.

LOL! I think what Classic64 done is fantastic if he feels like he helped somebody in need. He/she has a pretty big heart. I believe he had his coach on Craigs list for sale anyways, but I still would not lend my coach out (especially) to a complete stranger. If I want to help somebody it would be in the form of cash, which I do. Since I survived cancer, I donate a lot to cancer foundations.

RayChez you are correct I do and have and still have my coach on craigslist for sale. Between our permanent home and now with a future retirement home we bought recently in Maine, and the 4 family deaths we have had the last couple of years,we decided to sell our park model and the motorhome becuase we just couldnt use them enough. Of course the park model went faster in this economy. But weather I have the coach for sale has nothing to do with why I chose to do what I did.
Im glad you have survived cancer, its a terible illness. My family knows all too well of its effects. We all choose to try and help or not in our own ways. In this instance it worked out well i feel ,and i would like to leave it at that.
