Who has one and how do you like it? We looked at one the other day and the size and floor plan fits our needs. We would like to find a nice little 5th wheel to leave up in the Northwest to spend a few summer months in. We had a couple Arctic Fox 5th wheels in the past and like all RV's,they each have their quirks, some worse than others! Probably look for a used one!

I have the 278RK, which is the exact same length and design, with a different living and kitchen layout. We've had no real problems, and it has not been back to the dealer at all. Coming up on 1 year in a few weeks. We are very satisfied.

Got our 276RLS this Spring and love it. Did order the dual pane windows and wouldn't be without them. Had it out in April here in WI and had 3" of snow on it. May it was in Northern MN and freezing rain and again comfortable. No major issues, just little things that I fixed myself. Nothing to take back to the dealer for. Just got back from MN and only issue was smoke from a forest fire. Heading out North again in 3 weeks. Love the unit and have done several mods to make it even better. Moki

Bought mine 10 years ago. Did have some minor roof leaks in the last ten years but some caulking maintenance has solved that without any damage that I can find.
Plan on keeping it a few more years. Bought and sold a 2005 32' Laredo during that time but like this layout better for travelling.
Worst problem is the graphics are deteriorating badly on the front and the side which faces the sun when in storage.

I had a 27rls for 4-5 years, the factory repaired the slide long after the warranty ran out for n/c. The floor plan was great and never had any other problems with it. Camped in 20f weather with no issues. Keystone is a high quality company, nice finish, Lippert frame, good materials and they drug test. These are well insulated units r14 floor, ceiling, r9 walls and heated underbelly. I also towed a 10' trailer behind it with no problems.

Thank you all for the replies! I pretty much expect a certain amount of repairs and maintenance on what ever we buy. Keystone seems to get bashed a lot but if you figure the percentage of complaints against the number of units sold,it's probably pretty minimal!

Keystone sells a ton of units and most people that write reviews are the ones with problems. Cougar is #1 for resale value!

We have had ours for a year, towed from Maine to Texas on four trips this year not a single problem with Cougar. This was our first choice in fifth wheels, glad we could find the right one for us. Exceeds our expectations. 276RLS with polar package.

My unit is a 2005 model. Bought it new and it has never had to go back to the shop. Decent unit. The only thing I'd change is my next unit won't have the fold out couch blocking the entrance/exit.

We traded our 20' TT for a 276rls this year, and have loved it all year. Pulls great, great size for weekending and vacations, great floorplan/features for two (+ large dog).

Things we've changed:
- memory foam bed topper
- replaced chairs with recliners/footstools (best addition yet)
- Oxygenics shower head
- added 2nd battery
- added fence post sewer storage (behind axles, about middle of steps width-wise)

Issues we've had:
- large pantry door had one corner that wasn't glued (glued/clamped to fix)
- insufficient screws in cover underneath bedroom, around pin (added longer/stronger screws)
- slide-room bottom flashing was not strong enough to resist brushing against a 1' dia 3' high telephone pole road corner-guard (ahem). About $350 in parts and my own labor. Slide wasn't affected however. I did save damage to the bedroom slide on the Cameo I was looking at when taking the corner however.

So, not bad on the issue list I think. Enjoy.
