does your niece have one? In general, what do they run and what are your thoughts on them? The photo you posted with the TV looked like a neat little setup. Thanks.

Sorry, BroncosFan, for the delay. I've been a caretaker for my mom and on-line time has been limited. Yes, my niece has a Utilitoy. Of course they come equipped in different ways and different options. The price goes up to 10K.

I really like the versatility. I like the fact you can have two queen beds. I like the removable cover on the roof so that you can have the translucent roof or have it covered. I like the materials used. It doesn't have a kitchen of any kind, or on-board water, etc., which I think I would miss, esp. for the price. I like the double back doors and the pole to hold the patio umbrella.
