In a word, YES.

Many Ford chassis owners experience wander, disturbance from passing trucks and swaying. Sway in the Ford front axle design encourages wandering.

I experience the same thing in my Chevy. Is the Ford that much worse? We even get a nasty shimmer if I am coming behind a semi and traffic closes in.

So far I really like this unit. The ride is great and I really like the side aisle layout. This unit is like a merecedes compared to my previous 1991 skyline.

The only issue I have is the gas mileage and when i had it looked at the dealer said there was no communication with the main computer. Dealer quoted about $1000 to replace ecm. So I'm looking at getting the old one rebuilt for about $250 and hope i can tweak up the mileage thereafter.

Yes, gas mileage can be an issue. hmmm

Does your unit have a generator? Do you know where the gas line or pump for the genset is? How it's set up, whatnot.
