Not sure about what is "really nice" but have a look at Loomis RV Park. It has clean facilities, wide spaces, easy access to Sac and Folsom as well as a few nicer perks like pool, laundry, attentive staff.
Nope, I have no connection with them, just stayed there a few months while in Sacramento.
Edit added: I think you'll find the town of Loomis, itself, to be pretty awesome if you like the quintessential small town. It has most of what you need right close by (dry cleaners, grocery, etc.) as well as civic things like small festivals... almost weekly. Additionally, just a bit further away, in the other direction, is shopping mecca. I can't remember the name of the area but every store known to man (or woman) is within 10 or 15 minutes of the Park.

Thanks for the feedback on Loomis. I checked RV Park reviews and it had ratings of 1, 2, and 4 out of 10. Now all of these were in 2010, so things may have changed.
When did you stay there and what would you rate it from 1 to 10 ?
We looked for a park in the Sacramento area, but never found one that suited us. That does not mean there is not one out there, we just didn't find it. We did not look at the one in Loomis.

There are two problems with the RV park in Loomis. One is that it turns into a mud puddle when it rains. And the other is that most of the campers are permanent residents. I stayed there one night and immediately went looking for another place. I ended up at the Gold Country RV Park in Auburn. It's a much nicer place. It even has wild turkeys that wander around.

Yeah, I read those reviews but we were there from around April till July of 2011. If you dig down in those reviews, you'll find one that says the management changed and they thought it was better than the earlier reviews. I can't rate it for YOU but I can tell you that, based on my previous named criteria, it was better than the rest. We were running from there to Rancho Cordova (right next to Folsom) daily and I looked at everything else trying to find something closer. I was willing to give up something to get closer but never found anything that competed.
One caviat... there is Laguna Del Sole... it's a nudist place. It's probably the closest thing to a "resort" in the area. Very nice but priced accordingly.
Edit added: As it was further away from Rancho Cordova / Folsom, I didn't look at the Gold Country RV Park in Auburn (named in a previous post) so it's not included in the "better than the rest" that I mentioned.

Yesterday I looked at 1 in SAC, 1 in Yuba City, and 4 in Rio Vista.
Only found 1 really nice one in Rio Vista.
So anyone who can recommend a nice park for a long term stay not too far from Folsom, would be greatly appreciated.
I can't help you with a long term place, but you do realize Rio Vista and Yuba City are both a really long ways from Folsom don't you? Not to mention they are both situated where you will be going through heavy traffic if you're commuting into Folsom for work. If I were you I'd be looking to the hills above Folsom, but keep the altitude below 3000 or you'll be in heavy snow area. 49er RV Park in Plymouth wouldn't be a long drive but I have no idea if they take long termers or not.
