are you sure its not just the gears swelling issue?

I havent gotten that far I just checked for current.
It stopped while I was filling my truck before leaving a couple weekends ago.

If you didn't blow a fuse, it probably just needs a new gear set in the pump. Loosen the 4 bolts on the side of the pump housing just enough it doesn't leak and try turning it on. If it spins, your nylon gears in the pump probably swelled while sitting unused. Cheap fix, if I remember mine, it was less than 30$.

I wired mine to run in reverse, then switched it back to normal polarity and it worked fine.

The wire from the switch to the motor was bad. I just checked all the power through the switchs. Who would think the wire would be bad.

I was going to chime in but you already handled it.
My attitude had the same issue.

ill try pulling the gears today.
It quit while i was using it though so swollen gears a far stretch.
Fuse is good ran a jumper on switch checked for current, now I'll pull gears. If not I just need a motor or complete assembly.
My gas station is used all the time. I ride off my property and fill all the bikes my kids ride on my property. Its been along time since I had to go to the gas station for gas lol
