I winterized my hilo tonight and was wondering what these valves are for

They appear to be low point drains used to dump water out of the hot and cold waterlines.

I would agree with Chinook, especially if the tubing goes directly down from those valves. Can't tell from the pict.

Looks like the pull up to open low point drains that were in my old trailer.

My HI-Lo doesn't have those valves like in your photo.

My guess would be low point drains also.

For what it's worth, the drains on my TowLite were under the "sofa", no where near the furnace or water pump.
