We stayed at Luray RV Resort Country Waye this past Summer. Very nice park. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Nice base camp when visiting the caverns.

I have been to Country Waye and The Yogi Bear RV parks in Luray.
Both are very nice.
We like the Yogi Bear slightly better only because we go in the off season and nobody is there.
When the Yogi Bear is full, it's full and that is almost all summer. It's a very popular CG. and for good reason.
The 3G Verizon cell service is available in both RV parks but it's sometimes spotty, seems it's a big AT&T area.
No cell service in the Shenandoah Nat. Park.
Walmart Super Store is only a few miles from each.
Food Lion too
Downtown Luray is nice.
If you like Mexican Food, Try the Rancho Viejo Grill and Cantina in Luray, the food is excellent.
The caverns are great too.
Do a car ride along Skyline Drive
The National Park has great hiking trails adn Ranger Programs.

5x for Country Waye
Great owners and take care of the property; we feel like they are friends. Great views from lots of sites.
If you have kids The Yogi Bear RV parks in Luray would be a better choice.
I see you have a bunkhouse fifth wheel. If you have kids, Country Waye is not geared toward kids. We stayed at the jellystone a few summers ago and really liked it. Make sure you visit Luray Caverns.
Have stayed at both CW and YB and agree they are very nice. YB is expensive and definitely geared to kids, but okay for empty-nesters, too. CW is definitely quieter. If you want to rough it a bit, you could stay at one of the CGs on the Skyline Drive but no campsite water or electric.
