Those interested in Northwood (Arctic Fox etc) 5ths might want to take a look at the new plans. The website has been significantly improved also.

Unfortunately they also eliminated a bunch.
The Nash line has been gutted (they already eliminated 5ers from the Nash line)
All of the small 5ers are gone, the 24-5N had it's last production run in August, now their smallest Arctic Fox is the 27-5L

The 23-5A and 245-N fifth wheels are now found under the new Fox Mountain brand with improvements to the floorplans and stand-up bedrooms. As an owner of a 245-N, I often wonder why anyone would make a bedroom 1' short of stand-up height.

Em, not really
The FM 245RKS is over 2 ft longer then the Nash/AF 24-5N. It also is taller (you can stand up in the bedroom) and has a fraction of the closet space.
I actually owned 24-5N (a 99, until we traded it in this spring). I could have talked the DW into keeping it, if we had been able to stand in the bedroom.
A friend of mine traded his 24-5N in on the 245RKS
Similarly the FM235RLS is not the Nash/AF-23-5A, as it is almost 2 ft longer and has a completely different floor plan

The 29-5K looks like a great floorplan. Has anyone found a complete set of specifications? They are TBA on the northwood website.

The only thing I would change is the bathroom by making it an enclosed room including the shower and toilet.
