There was a 72 year old woman from Spring, TX killed this past week near Memphis when an RV trailer rolled over her. The spotty news stories I could find made no sense as to how the accident actually occurred. Does anyone have any accurate details as to how this tragedy occurred?
Thanks,
RT'er

There is a thread on it here somewhere. Apparently she and her husband were trying to hitch the FW to the truck when the truck started rolling forward she ran to the door of the truck, tried to get in and was knocked down. The FW ran over her.

hard to go wrong following that great advise. We all get lazy once and a while and cut corners but wheel chocks is a must have all the time.

I watched a guy hooking up his brand new bumper pull trailer one morning. He was on a slight incline and did not have the wheels chocked and little kids were running all around the trailer and his wife was inside. As he was jacking up the trailer, the jack failed and the nose of the trailer fell to the ground causing the trailer to roll backwards almost two feet. After I saw that I do not anyone in the RV or in front or behind the RV while I'm hooking up. You never know what will happen
