I just purchased a 2011 Jayco Jay Feather Select 29L and I noticed that I am going through water much faster compared to my last TT. We are not doing anything different, as far as water usage, and we seemed to go through the water much faster?? I know my fresh water is a little smaller, 28.5 vs. 36 gallons, but I have taken that into consideration already. I am thinking that it may be the kitchen faucet or shower head? Is there a way to cut back on the water flow/usage without buying new faucets? Thanks.

Install premium water-savers on the fixtures.
Change the shower head to a water-saver.
Install a flow restrictor on the pump.
Reduce the pumps operating pressure with a different switch.
Change your conservation methods.

All the above options reduce operating comfort as well as water usage.

Don't know that i can help with your usage, but i will say this. We just purchased a 2012 Jayflight 32 BHDS about a month ago. We have only camped once where we had to use the fresh water tank and pump, but this camper (pump) sure seems to have alot more pressure than our last camper. Thus, alot more water could be used if you dont watch the flow.

You don't HAVE to turn faucets all the way on to use them.

Your new tank is almost 21% smaller than your old one.

I partially open my faucets...and I take navy showers. My FW tanks will last me 4 days if I conserve.
