Because at least the Atwood SM clearly states and the following is a quote direct from their SM ....
Use of 2" ducts does not count towards achieving minimum discharge requirements. Ducting in dead air space with no return, such as holding tank areas, does not count toward achieving minumum discharge requirements
I think you can download this manual at Bryant RV, but I'm not going to try and educate you further and will leave you to do some homework here to become familiar with what manufacturers require. I'm not a HVAC engineer so all I can do is to following their instructions as you should when posting and not making stuff up.

Evidently you have not read all of the posts or you would understand whats going on. There are many ways to achieve a balanced system including adding ducting, redirecting flow, internal baffels and duct sizing. If that is not understood i cant help.
