Yes, I have those as well. I put a loop of cable through that eye bolt so they are easier to pick-up, carry, and toss under the tire.
I let myself get suckered into a couple of the plastic ones figuring they likely would not work well, and they didn't, especially on hard surfaces.
Just make sure you let those rubber ones air out for a while because the classic Chinese rubber smell can be overpowering if you toss them in a storage compartment that is accessible from the interior.
