How do we get our pocket door back on the track? Of course the part that is off the track is the one inside the wall. I can't tell if the wheel came off the door or off the track. The door is hanging at a weird angle, and won't move without being forced.
Thanks for your help!

Our pocket door is hanging from the overhead track by two pins that connect to receivers on the top of the door. The pin slides into the receiver and then a locking mechinism slides 1/4 of a turn to keep it locked. Use a table knife to move the lock lever.

If or when you do get your door removed please take pictures and post so we all can see how these doors work. I am sure there are some of use that will have a similiar problem in the future.
There is a cam that you twist into place to capture the trolley. Sometimes the screws come out of the bracket that attaches the bracket to the top of the door. Sometimes you have to remove the valance over the door on one side. Once you get a visual on it, you will understand it.
