Not Trolling - I already have a spare 40 inch HD TV that I could perfectly fit in one of my basement storage bins and use as an outdoor TV. I would use it only for sporting events, including hockey games that I get on satellite, and maybe Thursday night football. So I might use it 4 times per week for 3 hours in the evening.

If I was your neighbor, would you consider me a PITA?

What if I listened with headphones?

I have not bought the necessary audio/video connections yet so your comments will definitely influence my decision.

I think it's a good idea, and as your neighbor wouldn't mind at all as long as you keep the volume to a normal reasonable level. Of course you could improve your odds with me by inviting me over for a beer during that Thursday night game.

It is YOUR RV, YOUR site, do it YOUR way!
Just keep the volume down, and don't curse and scream at the game officials (in other words, keep YOUR volume down, too!)
A few of us never watch sports, so we don't care to listen to it, either!

If there was a fire ban you could get the DVD of the Fireplace that they show at Xmas and play that on your outdoor TV.

While it wouldn’t bother me at all, but I would say you would be a PITA to a lot of people…
Volume down and maybe a awning shade screen to filter the light would make it acceptable to most people…

I guess I'm an old grump because I can't stand it when people have their outside TVs and/or radios on. I want to sit outside and listen to the birds and the trees rustling in the breeze.
