I have been a member of this forum for nearly ten years and a moderator for most of that time. I am becoming disgusted at the increasingly division, segmentation, and intolerance being exhibited the past couple years on this forum.

Thank you for a much-needed comment.

"I don't get it . . . How does one "let their smoke" it is just the wind blowing it wherever and not someone letting their smoke blow towards you."

Well, doesn't EVERYBODY know that them dang fire-lovers have special magic to direct the smoke wherever they want?

It is, sadly enough, a sign of the times. If half a dozen people out of 10,000 have asthma, the other 9,994 MUST do whatever is necessary to accommodate them.
Approximately 1% of the population of the United States is allergic to peanuts; therefore, no peanut products may be served in school lunchrooms, and all products that are processed in the same factories as peanuts must have an allergy warning on them!
Personally, I am waiting for defective color perception to be recognized as the disability that it is, and having ALL color coding outlawed! It would make life MUCH easier for me and others like me.
Then, I want ANY product that is made for right handed people to be made for lefties, too. Yes, I want left-handed monkey wrenches!
But, I'm not gonna cry and complain about it, nor am I gonna file any lawsuits citing the ADA.

While camping and most of the rest of the time, I try to just mind my own business and appreciate it when others do the same.
    Live and let live.
Between the weight police (I tend to lean that way at times myself) and the noisy generator snobs, there always seems to be a little condescenscion around here.
A small campfire is always a welcome sight to me as long as it's not a smoke bellowing bonfire.
