Could anyone tell us the closest cgs to Daniel Island? We have stayed at James Island before but were hoping for something closer. We don't need a resort, just someplace safe and convenient.

The Mt. Pleasant KOA is probably the closest. It is okay we stayed there a few days a couple years ago. Nice area back off of hiway 17 north of Mt. Pleasant. Some spaces are a little close together.

Mt Pleasant KOA is definatly the closest park to Daniel Island. Enjoy your stay here.

Don't when you're going but call and try for site 15. Tt is the best one there.
