Talked to my friend Joe last night. Betty is doing well, tolerating the radiation and chemo without any hair loss so far. She will continue the treatments through January. Keep praying folks! Merry Christmas to all and God bless!

My DH had brain cancer and was treated with Tremadar, the chemo pill Betty is likely taking. Took it a long time and never lost his hair, but he did lose it about 3/4 of the way thru his radiation treatment. She should be mentally prepared for that, but I'm sure the specialists have discussed it with her.
My prayers are with her and Joe, and with you. Caregiving and cheerleading are also difficult! The only thing that got me thru was my wonderful support system of family and friends...
