We are leaving for Alamo TX Jan 3 if the weather lets us go.
I can not get DW to go before the holidays are over.
Our family will all be here this year so that is good.

We've never gone south until after Newyears but not sure if I'll go at all this year.

Skip, what are you going to do, sit in the house, all by yourself? If you're like us, you have more friends and more to do in our snowbird location than we do at home. I know it's tough camping alone, but, it's not good to sit home by yourself all winter. I have a friend who lost his wife and he's going through similar issues as you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sitting in Zephyrhills, FL since last Thursday. Weather has been perfect with temps in the mid 70's and plenty of sunshine. Shorts and t-shirts everyday so far and today doesn't look any different.

Took the bike for a ride to Cocopoh Casino south of Yuma yesterday, only a total of 7 rigs parked, usually they have 80 plus units. The security guard could not understand the lack of RV'ers.

If it was not for the park models and mobile homes, out park would look like a ghost town. There are quite a few single RVers here but that is about it. Not like the last four years at all. Alamo, Texas.
