I just finished swapping my 5er over to disc brakes. When I came back from the first test drive, there was brake fluid under the powerpack. It had leaked out from the filler caps. Is it possible to overfill the reservoir on the Titan? Has anyone else with the same setup seen this?
Thanks, RT'er
ps: I actually squealed the tires with the new brakes installed. Oops.

its possible you have air or moisture in the sytem that heated exspanded an blew out some fluid ,, or ossibly you collapsed the pistons to get em on the disk which also forces excess fluid out.

Never had that happen to mine. Perhaps you filled the reservoir too high? I'm sure you followed the proper bleeding procedures, so where did the extra fluid come from. Ain't it a good felling knowing that IF you need to stop in a hurry those wheels will lock up NOW. Watch it so you don't flat spot the tires. I put new tires on and have some issues with them and the dealer says I locked up the brakes and caused the problem. I say not because only one tire is involved. When I lock up the tires now with the Kodiak and Titan pump all 4 skid,
