Having to bring her in to the shop tomorrow. Something is vibrating in the rear after driving a while and only felt at very low speeds. It is felt during when backing up or forward in Drive or Neutral. Usually after driving it a while, not felt when cold. 2002 Dodge RT190. I don't think it is a tire. It is like a shutter vibration.

For a minute there I thought it was medical problem.
Hope what ever it is, it's a cheap, easy fix.

There are several things that can do that.
A brake shoe hanging up, is a possibility, because of it appearing after being driven for a while. That causes heat and gets worse after being driven. Could be because of parking brake or a broken spring inside the brake drum. Parking brakes are activated by a cable and get corroded or frozen (not likely in LA).

Can't seem to get it to do it at the repair shop. It takes about a half hour of driving, and then is more noticeable going very slow up an incline. When I pull in the driveway it is slightly uphill, and if I let off the gas and let it coast, I can hear and slightly feel a vvrump, vvvrump sound toward the rear. Does it going foward and backward.

One thought... check the runout on the rear tires. You may have a belt failing. The sound is similar to what you describe and is noticable at low speed.
Good Luck,
Gary
