Have the following:
Hi-Gain 15dBi Outdoor Omni-Directional Antenna
Hi-Gain Wireless-N Dual Radio Smart Repeater
Flag Pole Buddy

I have pretty good success getting wifi, even weak networks.

The repeater does not have aircard capability. If the WiFi Ranger Go existed when I bought, I probably would have went that way, with the same antenna.
