I know the Toro's are made in Windom but, I don't know about where ExMark's are built.

ExMark's are made in Beatrice Nebraska. I have freind who work there but I didn't know they sold out to JD

They didn't sell out to JD, they were bought out by Toro.

I can't find any indication though of where the Kawasaki engine on my ExMark Commercial 21 was made.

Go to Google, type in 'made in the USA hose nozzle' and you'll find a ton of them. Some are sold on Amazon and you can read the reviews there.
