I'm watching with interest. Lippert is making me a replacement ramp for my Cyclone under warranty. I don't have a crease, but the ramp is very slightly warped such that there is a small air gap on the driver's side at the top when closed and latched. It shows as about 1/4" of sunlight from the top corner, running down on the vertical for about 30". I have loaded full size HD's several times, always taking care to ensure the ramp is well supported on a level surface. I think the gap was there from day one but we didn't notice it for several months.

I highly doubt that all or most of Lippert frames are lousy.

There were two options on the 2011, the standard 3000 lb. Door and the larger I think 5000 lb. Upgrade.
Ours is rated at 3000. Despite the fact that nothing heavier than 1500lbs has been run up and down no more then half a dozen times, it's developing a definite crease right up the middle.

Can you post photos of the crease?

It's a bit hard to see but it's there on the camera side of the tip of the V

The crease is much more obvious on the inside. I checked a photo we took before we bought the rig an the crease wasn't there.

Same crease after first trip up it with the bike, has anyone got theirs fixed? How & who do we call?

Mine was replaced under warranty. Haven't used it yet so I don't know if this one is any better. The non-slip surface seems to be a bit rougher on the new one.

I bought my 3200 in April of last year,it is called a 2012 model. The crease on the inside of the ramp door shown in the photos above showed up on my trailer late last summer. I haven't seen anything on the outside of the ramp door. I talked to the dealer about it last fall, and they said that the crease is probably in the nonskid ramp material where two sheets of plywood are butted up. They documented the crease in their data base while the trailer was still under warranty in case it should get worse, or the nonskid ramp cover material should begin to fail.
I haven't noticed that is geting worse, but am watching it closely.

Out V3200 will be coming out of storage at the end of the month and I will check to see if we have the same seam on the ramp. We run the 950# motorcycle up the center of the ramp, so that would be a problem if it started to collapse in the middle. We only have a couple of months lift onf the warrenty, so heres hoping that if it is failing we get it repaired under warrenty.
