We have a Voltage 3905 with Epic package, this unit has dual AC units, one over the main area and a second over the master suite. How do I determine if either of these AC units have a heat pump option on them?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

I have a 3905 with a hp on the main a/c. You can tell by going to the thermostat and selecting the #1 a/c, them scroll thru the functions ie: heat, a/c, etc. If you see the destination "hp", that is the heat pump. The a/c in the bed room is our #2 a/c, I assume that yours is the same. FYI the heat pump works very well down to about 40 degrees with no use of propane.

Thank you for the help, looks like no heat pump for me. my zone 2 is the master suite and zone 1 is the main part of the coach. Zone 1 I have options for furnace/cool/fan and it cycles through those three options on the main. I have cool/fan on zone 2. I never see a "hp" option for either zone.

I think you may be confused. Do a little light reading on what a "heat pump" is and then reinvestigate your request.

Not needed unless you are plugged in all the time anyways.

Heat pumps are annoying as they're running constantly and I hate hearing that noise.

I agree with katoomer. I was at Brimstone in TN parked next to another Toyhauler. It had a heatpump that ran continuously. Very annoying...

Propane Furnaces work well enough IMO....

The heat pump option was a few hundred dollars I believe.
