Could it be that that is not an awning? I see no visible supports and the front is right over the front door.

It is an enclosed, crank out awning. Have one on my Casita, don't care for it myself. Would rather have the regular roll up kind. Yes water runs down the side behind it.
Otherwise a cool looking TT, but $70k is tad high for what it is.

Well it does come with a Sony tablet that it used to control everything so that makes it all worth it 
I really like the looks of it. There is some info on their web site now but no specs yet. Two floorplans, one with a slide for the couch and one with 2 slides in the living area that looks quite nice. A few pictures. I think as it progresses you will see more info.
Just hope the approx 70k price tag is wrong....
And it really makes all the other trailers look outdated....
