I haul a 27ft Cougar. I have a 2008 F250 SuperDuty. Should I have airbags installs on the truck?

If the rear sags enough that you want to level it out airbags are great choice. Infinitely adjustable and just let the air out when you don't have a load on the truck.

I wouldn't get them until I knew I needed them. :-)

I have a 28' prowler that causes no sag. A 27 'er shouldn't cause any sag unless its a girlie truck

You will not need them unless you overload the truck

I installed helpher springs on my Dodge, no worry about air leaks, doesn't affect the ride, easy to install and cheaper than air bags.

Hey - if you're looking to justify a gift from Santa then of course you need em - we'll stick up for ya. I'd say you want them to level the load and improve side to side stability

Mine would squat an inch or so with the trailer hooked up. And it rode pretty rough, even for a truck, IMO. I put a set of Firestone Ride-Rites in it and it makes a world of difference. Levels the truck and the ride is much improved even when it's empty. Install is pretty easy too. Wife even remarked on how much better it was...she has a bad back and is pretty sensitive to a bumpy ride.

My truck doesn't squat enough to need them, but my problem is the bumps transfering back into the truck. Also, went over a stretch of road recently that got the truck and trailer to rocking back and forth. The airbags should remedy these situations, shouldn't they?
