We have two small kids and have been looking for a Class A bunk model and narrowed our search down to the 2012 Georgetown 350TS and 2012 FW Bounder Classic 34B.

After driving and inspecting both RV's and talking with the respective manufacturers feel the FW is the model for us. Both are priced comparatively at 20-25% off MSRP.

There are many reviews in the forum where folks have said to stay away from FW. I pressed FW on this and they said the quality and other issues were related to filing for Chapter 11 in March 2009 and that the FW bankruptcy plan was approved in August 2010.

Would be great to hear from folks who own a 2010-2012 Bounder Classic 34B or those that chose to buy another RV like the Georegtown 350TS? Also, one area of concern I have with the FW34B is the small holding tanks and short wheel base (Wheel Base is 208” & Length is 420” = 49% ratio)……has anyone had problems with either of these?

Thanks for your feedback.

This might be trivial to you, but it looks like the FW floor plans allows you to get to the bathroom without walking on carpet...as dirty as I get playing around the campsite, that might be a deciding factor for me! It also looks like the FW has more interior storage and the bedroom slide is deeper. You lose the extra chair with the FW but you still have 6 seats in the living room.

Still looking? We purchased the Fleetwood 34B and absolutely love it! We considered the FR but the extra slide out for the back sold us. Let me know if you have other questions.
