I've been filling out warranty cards on our new fiver and when I got to the one for the High Point Microwave I couldn't find an address, there is a street address and I believe a city but no state or zip code. There is no address in the manual and when I google High Point Microwave there is nothing that comes up that gives me an address.

Anybody out there have a clue? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Steve

Can you register is online? Is there a web-address?

Outside of that it's probably some obscure place in China.

Try the street address in Google Maps and see how many options given.

Here is a reseller. Maybe they can help.

If you have trouble finding an address to mail the warranty card to, imagine what it will be like actually getting warranty service.

IMHO, filling out those warranty cards isn't worth the stamps it takes to mail them. Filling out the card is not required to ensure coverage under the warranty (it was expressly forbidden by the Moss-Magnuson Warranty Act) and doesn't relieve you of the responsibility of keeping a proof of purchase receipt so you can prove when you bought it. For the most part, the cards just provide the companies with marketing data about you unless you are careful not to give them any.

I'd not bother. If I would, I'd register online. Most of those warranty cards are just surveys asking for info to use for marketing purposes.

ROFLMAO!!

Now that's funny right there, I don't care who you are!

Thanks for the replies, I guess I will just forget about it and count on Jayco and the dealer for help if it blows up.

The ONLY way you will get warranty on a High Point is thru the manufacturer of your RV. The High Point and Dometic type CHEAP Microwaves are not worth fixing and they are replaced when they malfunction under warranty. We cut the power cords off defective ones and throw them in the trash once we receive the replacement. Doug

Thanks to fordsooperdooty! I used the phone number & got a real person who gave me the cell phone # of Mr. Wang who is in charge of US product (415-308-4054). He addressed my issue (difficult to understand him due to accent) and confirmed the address in Schaumburg, IL.
