If you use MS Streets and Trips there is a nice add on for it that shows nearly all truck stops, rest areas, truck washes, WalMarts and even a seperate list of WalMarts that do not allow overnight parking.
The add on is called Truck Stops Plus. As a truck driver and RVer I have found this to be a the most useful item on my laptop next to RV.NET.
