To my knowledge, I have never used ethonal gas in this TH, has always been unleaded normal gas supplied to NV? This is a new 2008 model of TH etc.
Can this hose be repaired or do I need to get a new one?

Almost all the gasoline sold in the USA now contains up to 10% ethanol. Are you saying tht you always buy from a station that advertises "No Ethanol"? Places around here charge from 20 to 50 cents per gallon extra for gasoline without the "corn liquor".

"Here is a better explanation,
The leak is comning from where the rubber hose is fitted inside the Alum fitting that screws into the handle."
The same thing happened to me this spring. I think the seal at the connection went dry from storage, etc. Since you live in W. Nev. I can bet it is dry, dry, dry...just like where I live. I "fixed" it by spraying WD40 in the area of the seal and let it set. I do a test before I actually leave on a trip. It has worked for me this past summer, anyway. I got a feeling that if you replace the handle, it will happen again after awhile.
I have a leak with my fuel station as well but it's through the nozzle itself. Like others, I shut the pump down and drain the hose of the excess fuel. I have created a nozzle cover and have some clear fuel tube that I plugged with a 1/2" sprinkler riser and cap so I can keep the dust out of the nozzle itself and so I can see the fuel when dispensing. Anyway, I noticed the clear tube has been full of fuel and have drained it several more times, now the darn fuel will free flow through the nozzle (when squeezed) with out the power switch on. I know it's not a faulty hose but I need help in troubleshooting it; maybe it's a bad gasket in the pump or nozzle, maybe too much back pressure. My neighbor also has the same problem. Help.

HDR's,
You are correct, the average moisture content around here runs from 10-20%, except when a storm is around, then it goes up.
I will try your WD-40 trick in the AM and let you know how it works as I still have to remove the extra fuel etc.

I have never seen any info about ethanol used/mixed with gas in NV on any of the pumps etc, I did see some info when visiting that State (Cal) to the West of us.
Since I have a diesel TV and around here the pumps are away from the main fueling areas, I guess I'll have to do some checking on this info.
