Fort Wilderness again. Last summer we stayed 9 nights. Loved every minute of it except the fact that you aren't allowed to drive your vehicle in the campground.

Cost wasn't any more than we would have paid for 3 adults and a kid in a hotel. Don't know where we would have stored the camper while we were at the hotel anyway. We also had a dog.

There were tons of activities for the kids and adults in the campground. Free transportation to Downtown Disney, all the parks and to everything in the campground.

We would do it again in a heartbeat. Big sites, lots of space. Very clean.

One downside....no camp fires.

With my 31' TT I booked 2 days in advance, june of 2010. no problems. If you HAVE to have a certain day or week, book months in advance. We were on a month long road trip, and a few days one way or the other didn't matter.

They recommend booking early. We booked almost a year in advance. There is a very informative board on the Fort.Sorry if I am not supposed to pimp other web sites but DISboards.com in a great asset for planning a Disney trip. There is a forum on camping at Disney.Check it out. I will say after our trip Fort Wilderness is now the campground/resort that all otheres will be measured against. Awsome place.I wish it wasn't 1100 miles away. We would go just to stay at the campground and not have to visit the parks. If you go be sure to also reserve a seat for the Hoop De Do Review. My family very much enjoyed it & the food was good!
